These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS messaging program and use of services provided by Toon Tiki Charters. By opting into our SMS messaging program or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Toon Tiki Charters offers an SMS messaging program through which users may receive messages related to appointment confirmations, trip reminders, service updates, and customer support communications. By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Toon Tiki Charters. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” in response to any message you receive from us. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll in the program. To rejoin, sign up again through the original opt-in method, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services and the nature of the communications.  As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Toon Tiki Charters.

You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the designated mobile phone number in the SMS program. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when opting in and to update such information as necessary.

Participation in our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By opting in, you represent that you meet this requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Toon Tiki Charters reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS messaging program at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
